We want you to have a great experience with Zynorva. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligible Returns (Only If):
A return request will be accepted only if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received a wrong item
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Order ID
📦 Return Process:
If approved:
- We may arrange a return pickup or
- Offer a partial refund without return (case-to-case basis)
💰 Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
